  1. John what could I right .really this is not normal painting it's interesting chanel still we are learning from you John.

  2. Thanks for showing us how you paint, I've painted along to 3 of yours now and I'm slowly seeing some improvements. My biggest wall is how to get the paints to blend, It seems I'm constantly re-applying the paint to try to get two colours to blend well. I have some general questions. How did you get to the level you're at? Did you watch others paint? Do you just paint a lot? Have you work from reference? (eg a photo) I'd like to here your story of how you developed your skills. Thanks again!

    1. Hello Sam, thank you for your comment. There are many ways in blending two colors in acrylic. You can meet two wet colors and start blending it or you can let it dry and use dry brush with paint of course and add a thin layer slowly to blend.

I painted for more than 17 years already. I am a self-taught artist because I live in a small almost isolated town in my country. I used household paints before because I couldn't find acrylics in tube and I need to travel 161 km to buy those materials and before it was too expensive for me so I decided to used household paints and the clothe from flour sack bags as my canvas. I paint almost every day because I was so addicted to learn. I had no art books during my first 2 years in painting and no youtube or internet to learn from. I started in a very basic way. Thanks to an artist in my town who inspires me to paint.

I used reference when I paint an object like animals or human figures...

You're welcome and thank you 🙂
