I like your paintings&watch it regularly. I have not understood the concept of underpainting/pre painting, can you please explain it and how to do it ,which colour before which&why. Please do reply.
Underpainting will serve as first layer or the base of the painting.. It will also guide you the concept and composition. It will also help you build the tonal values as you gradually add layers to it. Old masters do this most of the time
