Portrait painting tutorial on how to paint realistic portrait of my girlfriend with hibiscus flower in a step by step easy and basic acrylic painting lesson. This is the 2nd part of the full tutorial on how to paint portraits.

The first part was focus on adding blocking of colors or the under painting and also focuses on building up the tones on the face. It took me more than 2 hours just for this part of the face and it's not guarantee the likeness of the portrait, so it needed more retouch and removing some parts. It's not so easy but it's worth it to try. I used grid lines or graphing lines to make it accurate for the entire canvas but it's not guarantee the likeness so I tried more retouched just to make it alike.

This part focuses of adding details on the hibiscus flower, adding some colors on the background and also on the leaves. I also add details on the red coat. It's much more on finishing but I do all the retouch offline, so I tried refining the face and changing some parts to make it look more similar to the reference and I did it offline for another more or less 2 hours.
