  1. If you want that heavy impasto look. Now...how to get a textured look but keep your paint flat is another thing entirely.

  2. On my work surfaces I use House Paint with Primer already add to it on wood paneling ,canvas and it's great and permanent . Now another thing I do for many years I'm 68 yrs. old being painting since 12 yrs. old . I mixed Joint Compound , white glue and and white paint until it becomes a good mix and with a palette knife I create Boulders for my rivers and beaches also water falls and a large variety of rocks including coral reefs for my underwater paintings also for old rough structures .try it guy's you will like it.

    1. @@jmlisondra Sorry. When you put down white, it comes out greenish. I get the tutorial but not the coloring. Gracias, John

    2. it's okay... i forgot to correct the color before uploading... just get the values when you copy the painting.. then you can have any appropriate color for it.

  3. HI JOHN! Im going to try this for my volcano...fire...lava idea. Im still having trouble but this might help a lot. Thanks. (:Belinda:)
